Payment Options
accepts most credit card payments including (Visa, Discover, Mastercard & American Express). We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout for online orders. We will also accept purchase orders from government agencies, corporations and schools, please fax or email all orders. All online orders are securely handeled with encryptio by one of one the internet’s largest online charge processors. We do not share any processing information with anyone. We do not retain Credit Card information for your safety. Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. The online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information provided matches the address on file with your credit card issuing company.(please make certain that these match) The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. Once again we highly value your privacy and do not share any information.

Your credit card will be charged when you place the order. We accept the following payment types: Visa® ,Discover Card ® and MasterCard® American Express Card® cards. We also accept the popular payment system PayPal. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is: Electro-Optix Inc.

Sales Tax Is Collected In Florida
Magnifier.com and Electro-Optix, Inc. collects sales tax on any order billed to and shipped within the state of Florida.

Order Processing
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders that are received on weekends and on holidays will be processed on the next business day or as soon as possible. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible.

Changing Your Order After its Made
We try to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately the same day by calling 954-973-2800 and dial 0 for immediate assistance. Once and item ships we can not change the order.

Returning Merchandise
No Merchandise will be accepted for return without an Return authorization number from Electro-Optix, Inc. Only unbroken cartons and products in saleable new condition will qualify for credit, minus the original shipping charge. Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving them to be eligiable for refund. Delivery confirmation is required for returns. Surgical loupes and headband magnifiers must be returned within 5 days of receiving them. If an item is Defective upon receiving please notify us immediately to rectify the problem, defective merchandise must be returned immediately and Magnifier.com must be notifed immediately. We must recieve and email at sales@magnifier.com regarding defective merchandise within 24hrs of receiving the product to make a defective claim or return. We will replace or refund product cost once item is returned back to us for replacment. Products that have been used are not returnable. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Used or broken products will not be accepted for credit. Acceptable returns will be credited for the product cost only, the shipping and handling charge will not be refunded. A handling restocking charge of 15% will be made on all merchandise returns.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -For all returns please note – All international customers are required to return all products postage prepaid for a credit/refund.

Only new and unused condition products will qualify for credit minus the original shipping charge.

-Wearable magnifiers, including Headband style, Visor style, and Dental loupes must be returned within 5 days of receiving/delivery for refund or exchange. No requests will be acceptable after 5 days on these products, and products must not have been used.
